French Vinaigrette

This easy French Vinaigrette will make salad fun again. Shallots, sherry vinegar and dijon give this dressing amazing flavor.



  1. Combine all ingredients in a mason jar.
  2. Tighten the lid and shake well until everything is combined- about 30 seconds.
  3. Will keep covered in the fridge for about a week.
  4. The dressing will solidify from being in the fridge. Just allow it come up to room temperature and give a good shake prior to using.
