Grilled Chicken Thighs

Welcome chicken back to your table with these super flavorful grilled chicken thighs.



  1. In a large bowl, combine greek yogurt, mustard, shallot, garlic, about 3/4 of the lemon zest, worcestershire, spices and olive oil
  2. Add chicken to the bowl and make sure all surfaces are covered.
  3. Allow chicken to hang out in the marinade about 20 minutes.
  4. Preheat gas grill on medium heat.
  5. Grill each side about 5-6 minutes
  6. Remove from grill and allow to rest 3-5 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle with salt, herbs and a little more lemon zest to serve
