Homemade Granola

Homemade Granola. You’ll never eat store bought ever again.



  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. Combine the oats, nuts and coconut in a large bowl
  4. In a medium bowl, combine the oil, syrup, vanilla, brown sugar and salt
  5. Pour the oil/syrup mixture over the oat mixture and combine
  6. Spread onto baking sheet
  7. Press down on mixture with hands or a clean spatula. (this will help it keep some clumps)
  8. Bake until golden brown. Toss once with a big spatula half way through. Start checking on it at around 45 minutes
