No Grain Granola



  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees F
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. Combine almonds, walnuts, pecans, cashews and coconut in a large bowl
  4. In a small bowl, combine the oil, coconut sugar, maple syrup, vanilla and salt
  5. Pour sugar mixture over the dry ingredients and stir well until everything is evenly coated.
  6. Pour mixture out onto the baking sheet and spread into an even layer
  7. Bake at 250 for 50 minutes.
  8. Let cool and enjoy!
