Sausage, Spinach and Cheddar Quiche



  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Set out frozen pie crust and prick with a fork all over
  3. Brown sausage and add to pie crust
  4. Cook onions until slightly caramelized with a pinch of salt and pepper
  5. Add spinach green onion, garlic and shallot and cook 3 more minutes or until spinach is wilted
  6. Add onion/spinach mixture to pie crust
  7. Top with cheese
  8. Combine eggs, milk and spices in a large bowl and beat with a whisk until combined
  9. Pour egg mixture into the pie crust and dust top with the parmesan
  10. Place in oven for 30 minutes or until eggs are just set.
  11. Enjoy!
