Simple Asian Greens
This simple Asian Green Salad is a quick and easy side dish full of flavor.
Yields:
4 side servings
Ingredients
4 Cups Baby Arugula
1/4 Teaspoon Freshly Grated Ginger
1/4 Teaspoon Freshly Grated Garlic
1/4 Teaspoon Honey
1 Tablespoon Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 Teaspoon Toasted Sesame Oil (or more to taste)
pinch kosher salt
pinch freshly ground black pepper
Optional Add Ins
Black and/or White Sesame Seeds
Toasted Pine Nuts
Mandarin Orange Segments
Instructions
In a medium bowl combine the garlic, ginger, honey and lime juice
Add the olive oil and whisk to combine
Add sesame oil and whisk to combine
Add salt and pepper to taste
Add arugula and toss well
Optional add ins- sesame seeds, toasted pine nuts, mandarin orange segments
