Balsamic Vinaigrette



  1. Combine pressed garlic and spices in a large, heavy bowl.
  2. Mash with the back of a spoon to make a paste
  3. Whisk in vinegar
  4. Slowly drizzle olive oil in while whisking very quickly to emulsify
  5. Will keep in the fridge for about 5 days. Bring to room temp and give a quick stir before serving
