Spinach Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette

Yields: 4 servings



  1. Toast your nuts in a dry skillet until they are just barley browned and nutty smelling. Set aside
  2. Place dressing in bottom of a large, wide serving bowl
  3. Toss with spinach until all leaves are coated
  4. Top with nuts, cranberries and blue cheese
  5. Serve to happy people!
