Sweet and Spicy Carrot Fries

Sweet and spicy carrot fries-these puppies are magic. Make them in 30 minutes and then watch them disappear!



  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Cut your carrots- they don't have to be perfect- just try to make sure they all have roughly the same surface area so they will cook evenly.
  3. Line a large, rimmed baking pan with parchment paper. Spread carrots out on baking sheet
  4. Toss carrots with enough olive oil to coat
  5. Drizzle maple syrup over the carrots
  6. Sprinkle with salt and the spices-feel free to play around with amounts and your own add ins- this is just my favorite combination
  7. Toss everything together and spread carrots out evenly.
  8. Slide pan into the oven for about 20 minutes, tossing them a few times while they bake.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
